 thanks! for footjamwhips, what worked for me is not to do it stressed, just hop into it relaxed, spin it with a chill tempo, not too fast, and while being in the footjam standing on the point where you're balance it perfect and you could stay for a couple of seconds (don't lean back while jamming). Also for me it's easier to jump into it, than putting one foot over my frame, and then jam it: if you hop into it your pedals will stay horizontally so it will be easier to catch and there's more flow in it which also makes it easier to get the bike come all around.
