 nicely said, it's not like some of the other insturctionals, who show you the trick and give you pointers, you really disected the bunny hop into pieces and then put them back together in a way even a baby can understand, well done

 really bending your arms is necessary as well to gain maximum hight, ive watched the ryan leech slow motion bunny hop like thirty time lol, nice work my poo would be able to do a bunny hop thanks to your instructionnal!

 real nice video, i'm 6feet2 so it does not work for me though, my bh is based on my arm-movement, pull up then push away.

 am 6ft4 so i try both and see what happens lol and its abit hard to push my feet pointin down as there size 14uk lol

 No... this will work for any height regardless... My buddie who is 6'3 does this as well. I didn't mention it thought but pushing your arms out to, once you already have a high hop, can help you hp even higher. Like a boost from a bunnyhop.
