 It seems that either your spokes are loose, or some of the pivot / dropout bolts are loose. I didn't initially realise this, but to get the dropouts (to stay) tight is an iterative process. Loosen all the 4 pinch bolts, and torque up the axle correctly. Do up all the 4 pinch bolts. Go through them all again and they will easily do up some more. Repeat a few times until all the pinch bolts are at a sensible level of tightness. The flex in the video isn't normal for a Voltage FR! The main pivot bolt can usually only be accessed by moving the chain device, but that can come loose and give some more flex. Hope that helps!

 Guys thanks for the advice. I greased all the pivot points and torqued them up properly and did what you said with the 4 pinch bolts. Its all good now thanks. Whoever put it together in the factory must of been on something...

 spokes?.....try giving them a pinch and seeing how tight they are?
