Thats a paving block, we use it to hold the berms together. In dry season the berms would crumbles if we don't use them. Thank you

I use a bamboo stick about 1.5m long and tape a mineral water bottle at the back as the balancer. This helps so that the riders head is not pulled down by the weight of the gopro upfront. Also safe your neck too
