Step Down Crash

Crashing at Launch Bike Park. Resulted in a concussion and some cuts, etc...

damn Steve that sucks. you crashed and broke your deraileur. thats why i hate the stepdown. its dangerous if you have something go wrong (like what happened to you), or if you are an incompetent fool on a POS bike (like me)...

You have never hit it, so how can you dislike it? and the crash didnt break the deraileur, the broken deraileur caused the crash.

Any jump is dangerous if something goes wrong.... Believe it or not, mountain biking is a dangerous sport. You gotta stop crashing Steve! Take it easy for a bit. Heal fast, I cant wait to get up there soon. I wanna hit the jump line step down so bad

Such a disappointment when your derailer breaks. Espically if it results in a concussion. Heal up, bike season has just begun

I was up and riding the next day, and Im racing the Duryea Downhill this weekend, so Im all good.

Haha thanks. My deraileur broke and the cranks locked up right before the jump. But by the time I noticed, it was too late.

That's a really sketchy stepdown too - speed needs to be perfect. Too slow and you do what you did, too fast and you flat out and hit the tree. Scary stuff.
