and is it just me or is he running his fork super soft? seems to be bottoming out through corners not just the big drops? Seems to work for him anyway.

Maybe the only time he bottomed out was the drop at 2:07, and even then he probably didn't even bottom out. I don't know what you're seeing.

your wrong shaun, he bottomed out loads of times through that. but he will have a good setup fork that will work through all the stages of travel progressively. so its soft, but still stiff enough for drops due to high speed compression damping he will have dialled in.

They aren't BMX cranks! They are Deity Vendetta DH cranks, they are just styled to look like BMX.

Those Deity Vendetta cranks are awesome. I have them on my bmx and dh bike and they are flawless

Please tell me you watched it a second time to observe the high speed compression damping in his front fork... There is so much more to this edit. Great vid.

He doesn't bottom out excessively at all, definitely off the drops. I'm not seeing the leg blood.

looks like he's running his forks supper soft, they do seem to use a lot of the travel on most of the hits, only really bottom out on 2 of the big drops though!

Yah forks lookin really soft. The first time I watched it I could tell by the beginning when he pumped them a long way through the travel.
