Not sure on the name of the track, but it is in Nesbyen here in Norway. They have a freeride camp at the start of the year, this was our first trip up there. The tracks are made by the local bike club i believe. There are no lifts, they hire in a few busses for the weekend and shuttle everyone up. Just type in "Nesbyen Freeride Camp 2012" in youtube.
