Dislocated my left shoulder

Washed out on a berm at the end of the day. Dislocated my left shoulder for the first time so had a mate pull it in for me.

 Pretty calm for a first time separation unless you are a doctor yourself!

 First time dislocating my left shoulder. I have had loads of dislocations on my right shoulder that i eventually needed to be operated on. The first dislocation is always the worst one, gets eaiser over time Wink
