I've hit this table 100 times but i thought i'd try it a new way today...

 It looks to me like your front wheel hit the loose dirt on the edge of the landing and slid away from you? Thus causing the faceplant!

 you turned to the right should of stayed in the same spot

 You crashed is what happened.
