Ouch! Looks like a good spot to check out on the trail day and figure out why so many people are abusing the same tree. My motto - never ride faster than you are willing to hit a tree. See you Saturday.

Trying to carry speed into the boring, crappy, flat section. The tree on the right prior to the one that's all FUBAR is the culprit. It forces you left before you need to be going left and screws up peoples lines. Hoping to resolve this with a full re-route of this section...

Yeah i'm alright, just a little bruised. Thought i might have broken my wrist at first there though. I love how all the trees have no bark on them from so many people hitting them the exact same way haha.
