not great. filmed to see why my seat always moved when i do them, but can't see when i hit it. tightened the seat anyway and then i thought i might swell upload that although it's not one of the cleanest. sorry about quality

Nice man! I think the seat moves when you catch the pedals, your leg might hit your seat over there a little bit. But if you're seatclamp is tightened (well) it shouldn't because of that

i don't really know i learnt just keeping going at it. on mtb it's important to get well on your nose before you get your feet off the pedals. just basically hop your back wheel off but not the front and then lift your jamming foot over the frame as you start kicking with the other foot. another thing is to try and keep your jamming foot in the air as long as you can, if you rush to jam it, you'll catch your frame with your heel and most of the time it makes it fail
