 not sure i guess i just turn the bars, kick out and lean back over the bike if that helps

 and also where did you get all that dirt

 You have to turn the bars a little but mostly you push the front end of the bike to the side, and you push your legs in the opposite direction. So if you are whipping to the right, turn the bars to the left and pull the front to the left, then push with your feet to the right. Start small then get bigger.
