He didnt even scramble for his bike. He knew he was fucked. Too bad.. now he knows how Hill felt.

yeah, he could have still got back into the race and at least placed half-decent. like Sam at worlds, he was on his bike and pedaling like mad in like 2 seconds. and Petey wasn't going super fast in that section either, so he probably had a good chance of saving it.

probably not, he wasn't as fast as peaty through the last section so he probably wouldv been down by 1-3 secs if hed pelted it

GOD DAM you see this is why peaty is so experienced compared to riders like hill and gee, he may not be the totaly fastests but fuck me he can hold his line
