Kelso Mini Edit

Wet and slippery as shit, I suck at biking, and the song is horrific.

That reminds me of rippin' around Grouse Mtn in BC.. ahhh the memories Smile

I finally get to use those bars tomorrow, going on a 40+(?)km cruise along a few trails around the Niagara region... might even do a wee bit o'rippin here and there. I am not used to how wide they are... it's all good... I'll have tools with me to shorten them a bit if need be.

Glad to bring em' back! And that'll be a super nice ride! I think you'll find you'll come to like the wider bar. More leverage, more comfortable and better power when standing up. The wide bar revolution is everywhere. I'm running 30's on my XC bike haha.

anything over 680 and you can't fit on one of the ladders on X-tream trail, as I found out.

I've been grooving those trees for years with my 780's haha. Just gotta thread the needle.

Thanks haha, how long you down for after the surgery?

Undetermined. Just taking it easy for first few weeks as that's when majority of healing happens. Hoping to be back on the bike mid-July. Not sure what my doc thinks of that plan tho. Haha.

If they had it their way we wouldn't be riding at all lol When I severed my shoulder and wrist I was biking in a sling and cast a few weeks later, they told me not to ride for a year. Once your back up we should go for some "easy" trail rides.

I gotta get my bike back from a buddy once I'm ready. I lent it to him to prevent me from riding too soon. Thinking early July ill try riding again. I don't know how "easy"
Of a pace ill be able to do. Normally easy ride lasts for all of 10 seconds till I'm back ripping. Haha. Kelso would be a perfect place for it too. Ill let you know!

Haha I know what you mean. Everytime I'm going to to take a cruiser day I'm pinned by the first corner haha. We'll bring someone slow like Zack along to keep us in check. Wink

Do that one trail. Trashmores to tame. I recommend horseshoe though. Really fun trails there, and I've heard this year it's even better.
