This is definitely a routine to remember. My bed started to sag last night and had horrible lower back pain in the morning. I deliver furniture so that made it worse. I tried this when I got home and wow. I heard a couple pops in my spine and all the tension is gone. Smile My day is so much better now.

These videos are all very great and very appreciated! I threw out my lower back around the SI joint while lifting a heavy log out of the way during trail building. Stretching is the only thing that keeps me on my bike. I've tried acupuncture, chiropractic and massage, and although they help, nothing holds everything in place like routinely stretching.

Hi there, I had an accident a month or so back and now have a pain to the right of my spine after longer rides or days where i have been using my back a lot, I was wondering if there is a specific routine that you could point me to please that could help alleviate the discomfort. Thanks Smile

Here is a link to the back pain routine @hambee-enchurbro. Make your way slowly and carefully through the poses.

That's awesome @tyler555g. You should experience some proper relief if you can keep up the routine every couple of days.
