Fork Clicking

wondering what this might be? Have greased, cleaned, tightened and checked everything in the front. Plus everything else for good measure. This never used to happen, and now after pulling it out for an early start to the season, suddenly it does. 2010 Fox Van R : stock fork on a 2010 Reign SX. They were serviced late last season.

I had this problem and it could not be fixed until I sent it back for warranty. They ended up replacing it for a new one so I never did find out what was causing that sound.
