 I did the SOC several years ago and don't recall this fun trail... is it part of the 2017 mtn bike tour course? Is it smooth now?

 The top looks a lot funner back then. I remember this from the late 90s before I went on MTB haitus. I ride it weekly now and it's tame but still fun (for Fort Ord).
