Jeff Weber, a Bellingham local, gets after it on Steve Vogel’s work-of-art trail; Bullseye. It is a fun, fast and flowy trail. To add to that, a few drops, jumps and a short 20 minute hike from the parking spot, there is not a whole lot more to ask for from a trail.
