 Nicholi was a big trick bmx rider. brett and semenuk came up as mtb riders. Nicholi spent most of his time on big trick jumps which were in 2's or have just the one which he would want to send tricks on. whilst semenuk and brett were on mtb's flowing through dh trails and dj trails which had loads of jumps and turns which is encouraged style. Nicholi is getting there with style if you see him riding irl you will see that. whipping both ways and what not. He just doesn't have many edits showing that and his image in the eyes of sponsors etc is a hard hitting mega trick athlete who sends crazy tricks and has them dialed.

 @jakecallcut: I'm guessing it's becasue you sort of imply that bmxers are huckers while mtbers are smoother, which is generally not the case.

 I was implying that the big air style bmxers that only really rode big air style comps were more driven to tricks as there are only one or two jumps and not allot of room to add style. i wasn't including park style riders. Looking at old vids i only saw Nicholi in the big air style comps. The general lay out of mtb courses have turns and unique features which can encourage style more.

 @jakecallcut: Nikolai really seems to force all of his tricks and seems too much of an aggressive rider, while Brandon or Brett look much more relaxed while riding.
