whoops... I crashed...

took a big spill on Sunday up at summit ridge. was knocked out for a few. luckily no broken bones I did get a concussion though! @GTBicycles @DVOSuspension @SourceHydration @methelmets @EASTONcycling

A lot went wrong in this that's for sure. The biggest thing I did was not ride loose I tensed up you can see my lock out my arms pushing the front wheel into a nose dive. I am lucky that's for sure.
