 Really? Not good mate. This trail network is about to get huge . $500000 from grants to build a huge system . We are holding a national round of the Aussie Enduro series

 Haha yeah man not the prettiest but it's good fun at the end . Nathan layed it down there last week was pretty funny. Trail is super fast and smooth today

 No vomit today . Had to get home and mow lawns and dig a garden, help my parents with putting up a gazebo then took my family to park . Big busy day . Now resting. It's a fantastic trail to ride

 Thanks bud. We are holding a national Enduro round this year and I'm guessing this trail will be part of it . Trail is so fun and fast . I'm one of the slower ones down there but I'm having fun .

Thank you, Im actually doing very good but only for city XC for now.
The back of my ribs are still sore but my shoulder is feeling very good, thats what rest can do! hahah

 @nikoniko: great news . I miss the niko vids . Always so fresh and inspiring . On the weekend I saw some nasty crashes . A blown shock and shatters rim . A few days earlier I heard a guy ruptured spleen and another collar bone snap. Guys push so hard now. I push hard to but I'm getting slower as I get older but my love for it is growing and growing
