thts sick, but i was doin donuts with my 4 wheeler once, i was spinning in the same spot at about 55 kmh and i shifted my weight just a bit and i rolled er, i flew like 10 ft away and chipped my elbow on the ice, and the tools n shit that were in the front and the back boxes flew out n it took me a while to pick em all up again, cuz it was dark

I fell on my knees a few times before this, and they are all bruised up now. It sucks.

It would be a good idea to wear them. And elbow pads. And something that prevents you from accedentaly doing a split on the ice.
