To be honest mate 17st is nothing im 18st (was 21st) and i'm only 15 i cycle every day full power and the weight is not coming off any more ive got a healthy diet too, good luck with the training,diet etc. keep riding!

it is tough doing a video a week already! only done 2 and just staring the next one! They will get better though thats for sure!
