my hands hurt and I got black boogers just from watching this video.
and for everyone crying about northstar not maintaining their trails... go ahead and build your own trails in dry mountain dirt, try and get water on the parts you can get water to, pay a crew to maintain miles and miles of trails on the mountain, let hundreds of people ride on them, with many of those people not belonging anywhere near a bike park, and let me know how that works for you!
my bad...the old lady and her grandkids on rented bikes have as much right to be on the trail as me or anyone else...point being some people tear up the trail more than others with skidding, especially when it's hundreds of bikes in a day.
Lol dam strait . You remind me of a friend , always getting mad over traffic , yuppies etc . Would you rather just have them shut down northstar . I say the more people on the lifts the better no matter their skill level . I doubt grannie would do the tripe black diamond runs anyways
you never know, there's some extreme grannies out here. they like to chug a cocktail of red bull and ensure, skip the lift and pedal their hybrid bike up to the top and bomb down it.
and going wayway back to my original comment, my point was that I see a lot of comments re northstar not maintaining their trail. my beef was not with the grannies or anyone else who rides there, but rather with people who complain without taking into account the realities of running lift-operated mountain biking on a dry, rocky, sandy mountain.
sorry I gave you an impression of someone who gets angry at traffic and slow people. When I see kids, beginners etc on the trails I am stoked for them and hope they have fun even if it is an inconvenience for other riders.
funny thing is, I'm so conditioned to tuning out the advertising that I hadn't noticed until reading your comment...rewatched it 12 times to see what you're referring to awesome video!
