Soaking in the wonderful culture and trails of the Kathmandu Valley. Passing through the world's deepest canyon the Kali Gandaki Gorge, to reach the magical kingdom of Mustang in the high Himalaya. Starting at an altitude of 415 m on the hot steamy planes, we reach 3,710 m as the snow covered mountains of the Annapurna range tower all around us.

Nepal is full of surprises, has the best trails, there's endless jaw-dropping scenery, and you'll find some of the friendliest people on our planet there. What's not to like! If you'd like your very own mountain bike adventure in Nepal, check here.

Film by Gary Thomas.

Everyone needs to ride Nepal, the country is so beautiful and it is not just the scenery that makes it that way

The people there are so wonderful that I'm actually confused as to how they could make a video do devoid of the human element. Beautiful shots, though.

Every time I've been there I've been blown away at how some of the poorest people on the planet are so content.Totally humbling. Each time I come home telling myself I will live life differently. Never lasts though.

Having walked around many of those trails in the mustang I have to say that I constantly longed for a bike when I could see the singletrack unfolding for multiple miles in front of me! I'd love to go back with a bike.
