BRETT TIPPIE IS THE MAN!! Freeride is more than borrowing your sister's pants and hanging out at dirt jumps. If it wasn't for guys like Tippie, Simmons, Schley, and Shandro pushing it hard 10 years ago, guys like Romaniuk, McCaul, Gullevich, and Semenuk wouldn't be doing the stuff they are today. It all starts somewhere...

Looking at a majority of those who have put Tippie down the age group is in the teens. Saying that guy's seriously learn some REAL respect. I just can't wrap my head around the amount of negative comments that have been made about him! I have never met Brett, as I am sure not a lot of you have, but knowing what I do about him, I just don't get it. it leaves me puzzled as to why anyone would bad talk another person who is having fun doing something for free so we can all enjoy a little coverage of the sport we all love. Really learn some respect for other people, don't bag on them, especially if you don't know them! I bet you find you will get more respect by giving it. THANKS TIPPIE!

Brett Tippie is great! He was a major player in getting mountain biking to what it is today, along with Richie and Wade.
