If anyone ever told me it was going to be hot, dusty and sunny in Scotland I would have thought they where mental, though Innerleithen this week greeted a stacked field of world cup racers with a bone dry track leading to some great racing.
With such a dusty track getting grip certainly wasn't easy, this guy found out the hard way
1st Place for Adam Brayton, great confidence boost leading into Fort William
Gee Atherton just missed out on that number 1 step, placing in 2nd.
With a slow uplift this weekend, riding to the top almost seemed like a viable option.
Peaty certainly isn't slowing down with a 5th place finish.
