Escaping Winter - Road Trip to Utah
My first mtb ride was in Fruita (with a nice scar on my shoulder to show for it!), first foray into slick rock at Gooseberry Mesa, and I have yet to experience anything quite like it since. Thanks for such phenomenal photos to bring me right back to Utah and Colorado. Trip to the desert this spring is officially imminent!

The Art Of The Bail - Anticipation
Awesome post! My two bail-related rules are to go with your gut and whenever anyone mutters 'just one more run', be it on snow or dirt, I'm heading to the patio for a beer. Too many injuries and lost or damaged gear has happened on 'one more run' that it's just not worth it when you're not mentally or physical all there at the end of a long day.
