Yes. There is the Devinci Spartan Carton (that's french for cardboard). In involves you building it out of paper maché (that's french for chewed up), home depot for the metal bits, and mcguyvering a mini tire pump into an air shock. Krylon the bitch when you're done.

50 Years With Norco Bicycles
My first Norco was a lil' red thing with training wheels. The day came I decided to be a man and go sans trainers and peddled like mad from an alley on a mild hill downwards. I veered to the left and crashed into a parkade cement block wall. There was an old fella there that cheered me on, so I was pumped! Back on my bike, this time making it to the bottom of the street! That was an awesome day.
