Must Watch: Agassiz and Lacondeguy Launch 76-Foot Cliff Drop
That drop was done with carbon cranks BTW. Makes me feel better about mine.

Bell Introduces Super 2R Helmet - Press Release
When I've had to use my helmet in the past, it's always been the front side of my head. In fact, all I need is an old style hockey goalie mask, like Jason wears.

Must Watch: Triple Backflip From Pastrana's Crew
KIDS! You see when one of the riders climbs an orange ladder onto the semi-trailer in the beginning? Did you notice that he stood on the top rung? THAT IS NOT A STEP! These are trained professional stunt men, so don't assume you can pull such a manoeuvre too. You could get hurt. Play safe.

50 Years With Norco Bicycles
My first Norco was a lil' red thing with training wheels. The day came I decided to be a man and go sans trainers and peddled like mad from an alley on a mild hill downwards. I veered to the left and crashed into a parkade cement block wall. There was an old fella there that cheered me on, so I was pumped! Back on my bike, this time making it to the bottom of the street! That was an awesome day.

If you're going to do a whole series or just planning a long road trip, it isn't wise to go too hardcore for an injury would put a huge damper on your arrangements.

Leatt Plans to Enter the Helmet Game
I don't know if those Leatt neck braces really work. The guy that died in Whistler a few weeks ago was wearing one and riding a not so crazy dangerous section from what I've gathered.

Video: Mountain Bike Out of the Box Iran
It's true. For the most part, Americans have a you're with us or against us attitude. North vs. South. Republicans vs. Democrats. They don't really have a history of strong third parties which creates a better debate on issuses. But then again, Protestants and Catholics have had a swell past together in Europe.

Video: Mountain Bike Out of the Box Iran
The major problem with democracy is that the only requirement is to be able to make an X on a piece of paper, allowing these geniuses to vote. By the way Lilsheredman, Iran does not like the Taliban, that is why in the 90's the USA armed the Taliban cuz the States weren't cool with Iran as well.
