I only watched the Portgugese dude and if that's for real he needs the bike hands down more than anyone else. That thing shouldn't have even made it to the end of his bridge to stepdown hip gap, that was totally raded out.
Totally agree there, even if someone would donate a used Demo Bike to Filipe! For all that he has done on that Heavy bike, I am sure he could appreciate a quality Rig, where he does not have to worry about the frame breaking or anything else failing. Oh, and maybe a few new sets of tires too.
Yeah he should be an example for all those douchebags out there spending their money on lighter stems and shit.... Amazing what this dude can do on that bike... very inspiring...
What the hell how did i miss that? But holy shit that was some nice riding! If he doesn't win the ride giant ride whistler thing I'm going to be pissed...
Filipe Perestrelo deserves a DH bike, someone needs to put something together for everyone to donate some money so he can get a DH bike. You have to work hard for your dream, but some people just need a little help to get there.
Why don't skateboarders wear helmets? You'd be hard pressed to find someone riding any discipline around here without a helmet and any of those guys could have died if they slipped and hit their heads.. I honestly don't get it, is it just because helmets aren't "cool" in skateboarding?.. seriously somebody explain this to me!
i think you just answered your own question. i skate all the time and have never really used a helmet either but to be honest I couldnt give you a good reason why. I guess it's kinda like how sagging pants is really popular but really stupid and pretty pointless.
Aaron is just a crazy skater, he goes so big all the time. Riding out of el toro with a broken board is epic. If you haven't seen the giant stair gap he did, www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uP8mGrEZBg
After watching Matt Macduff in SPAIN (not Germany) I Googled "Can you get Kraft Dinner in Spain?" Supposedly you can. I'm sure Matt wouldn't dare visit a country that did not provide the cheesy goodness.
