Not being sarcastic but the first step should be to wear shoes. Heavy weight and bare feet don't get along too well. I've witnessed the aftermath of just such an "accident"...ugly!

A lot of hard core exercises don't really need one to wear shoes. These exercises look pretty safe and doable without shoes. Being nice, one would say:"It is your preference to wear shoes or go barefoot doing these excercises." An a$$ would probably say: "Only pussies need shoes for these exercises."

Hahaha I got me a stalker..This jerkoff has been following all of my comments and replying negatively... Maybe you should do more types of exercises and physical activities before you shoot your mouth off about this training video of needing to wear shoes or not. You wear your shoes when you train, some people don't it's that simple. What you're saying " Not being sarcastic but first step would be to wear shoes"= "not being sarcastic but the first step is not to get on that downhill bike, you might crash or something"
