Ok, sorry, I thought it had 26"s on it right now. Looking at the gap above the front tire, I can see now that it already has 24"s. That wasn't clear from the original blurb that was posted.
So, how did you design something for 20"s and 24"s? Running 20"s on a frame designed for 24"s clearly drops your bottom bracket 2" closer to the ground. Does this frame have a bb rise or bb drop (i.e. bottom bracket height relative to axle level)?
You could also put 22"s on it. Yes, 22"s. Faction, S&M, Standard, InDust, and STOUT all make 22" wheel BMX bikes. It's an in-between size that has been brewing since 2009. Revenge Industries (a subsidiary of S&M) makes high quality BMX rims and tires that are available on ebay. It would be interesting if y'all demo'd it with 22"s as well.

Wheel size is not the design challenge, having a suspension fork and not a ridged is. There is no need for a BB rise or drop because when adjusting the setup we have the right geo in both configurations. For example if we use a 60mm air fork on the 24 inch set up and achieve a 69* head angle. If the customer wanted to run the 20' they could do so by adding an additional spacer in the fork and running it at 50mm travel with a 20 inch wheel puts us closer to 70-71 degree head angle. For a younger less aggressive rider this would be a more ideal setup. The telescopic dropout assist with getting the configuration in the correct wheelbase or chain stay for each wheel size. Just changing the cranks, stem and the wheels you can now have a quality bike that last your kid from 6 years old to 12 years old finally justifying purchasing your child a "high quality bike".

So, if it's built for a kid his size, why not build it around 24"s? Like the Black Market Contraband, Union Street Molly Maguire, NS Capital 24, Tonic Fabrications Fall Guy, etc.?

The bike is designed to accommodate both 20' and 24' wheels. The issue is finding a fork up to the task. There are some nice ones out there like MRP but the pricing of those units are much more expensive than using a quality adult fork shrink down to 50mm or 60mm. After this video was made we had a a quality manufacture make us some samples that worked out very well and they will be on the next frame with the adjusted geometry. The chainstay stand-over and other key dimension are class leading so the bike is certainly specifically designed to be competitive in both the 20' and 24' categories
