Thanks for the post dude, saves me spending money at the cairopractor.

Have you ever used a electronic massage chair for this kind of release work? If so what do you think of them?

Please help me out on this; I have found that the muscles under the scapula really flare up from time to time (old whiplash and AC seperation). The flare ups are caused by repetition movements picking up the kid and sometimes just not warmed up enough. I do not work the muscles when they are in flare up stage, is this right or should I aggrivate the mofos with a hard ball/roller?

P.S I'm told to sink a load of pain killers on the flare up stage as soon as it starts, for two days. The theory is pain multiplies in the mind if not dealt with quickly so reduce the initial signals and it heals. You down with that as there's a lot of cookey stuff about pain killers and all that shizzel.

Any ways all the best. Top videos especially for the us crunchy riders.

Peace!
