 From what I understand Neko had to wear it even though he technically wasn't National Champ, he was still the fastest and if he didn't he was fined. Guess we will see what happens if Gwin wins Worlds as well.

 Wen Gwin upset the apple cart last year demolishing everyone, I didn't really like him an just wanted him to lose. But after reading and watching interviews with him in the off season he grew on me. Now I can't wait to see him win. He's an awesome rider who seems to be really down to earth and willing to leave it all out on the hill in pursuit of his goal to be the best. That he is right now. Go Gwin.

 Trotter, whenever someone comes out of the wood works like he did and upsets the normal order of things, I think its human nature to not like that person, especially when you already have your favorites to win, haha. Its awesome you're a fan now because it shows that you care more about the limits at which the sport can be pushed rather than what name you want to see in the number 1 spot. The same thing happened with myself when I completely lost all track of mtbing for a couple of years and then joined up again to see all these new guys I had never heard of, just dominating. Now some of them are my favorite riders to watch. That's the natural order of things, I'm assuming anyways, haha. norris- that's so cool you're one of the best in your high school because that means so much in the real world! Its even more awesome that your self esteem is so low that you have to prove yourself to a bunch of people you've never met on the internet!

 its neko. uci recognized his fastest time last year as the winner even though he wasnt able to ride in the "elite" class because he was a junior....yet he raced in the DS as a "elite." USAC still recognized Logan as the winner from last year though. Neko had to wear the stars and stripes on his sleeves at the WC's or face fines from the UCI
