I've never ridden one but LaPierre's are the most gorgeous dh frames, imo. They've got a bit of a write up over on sicklines, check it out.

This one isnt mine but they're not overly expensive... on par with other high-end bikes. I think the frame goes about $3400 USD and a complete bike around $6000 or so, on par with say a V-10 or a Foes.
