Very cool blur effect. Must have been a bit tricky to get the flash timed just right. Honestly at first though i thought he was riding through a sprinkler

Could you give me some tips. Shooting with a d200 too. Lens: 18-200mm f/2.5 and 18mm f/2.8
And just a speedlight, how would i do something like this, and what are your settings at.
