As for Sram e-bike drive units - unless they drastically improve their after sales back up I wouldn't encourage anyone to touch one. I had one customer need to wait 6 weeks while Sram shipped a warranty battery into the country. Lazy

Here in Oz, the base model stumpy15 is getting dropped from the line up. That'll mean a $5500 starting price. They also won't be continuing to bring in the status, so that's another value bike gone.
But there's 11 different S-works Tarmac frame colours to choose from.
They are kind of targeting a different demographic intentionally

I'm more interested in that electronic TRP derailleur.
On the bike though, based on what I've seen of their current bikes in the workstand the hardware on that thing will be horribly cheap and poor quality, same goes for bearings and oem parts if the shop floor price is that low

I've heard with my own ears, one 'bike shop' owner admit ( more like brag ) to selling grey market products out of their garage. It's more than likely they were actually counterfeit parts. But the kids don't care cause he gives them free jersey's with their name's on them so they can tell everyone they're sponsored. The problem will continue until consumers wise up a bit too
