The trail is for invitation only and you have to have prof of insurance to play... There always one of those people got injured and try to blame the owner or who ever own the trail for easy money. Thats what happen at Teds.. F up for every one.

I live five minutes from this spot and ride it all the time. The owners of the spot know that me and my riding buddy are there all the time and are happy that other people ride it. They would never require insurance and nobody needs insurance for Ted's???
