The Industrial Re-Revolution: How Kitsbow Is Helping to Usher in a New Era of American Manufacturing

Was just in Old Fort 1 month ago. Decided I wanted to try some different trails from the usual Asheville/Brevard trails while on vacation. I can vouch the vibe of the town is great and the trails as well. Gateway trails are tons of fun!!!! Old Fort Bike Shop in the Kitsbow building also bailed me out in a pinch with a new chain and sealant refill.

This is such a great town to ride and stay in. Coming from the midwest, I was hoping a job would open there. I would leave in a heartbeat. Such a great cycling community

@volvoshredder: Actually I would guess that to be a brake booster on the rear. Quite common in the 90's to add some stiffness.

East Bound and Down: Beers + Bikes = Oskar Blues

Love it all spent a week there riding in October. Watched them build dreamline (camped at bike farm). Rode Dupont, spent time at the brewery and the hub. Now if someone would just offer me a job I would be out there is a heartbeat.
