Tire Choices & Pressures of 20 Pro Racers - Les Gets DH World Cup 2023
@The-Spirit-of-Jazz: the correlation I see is that the lighter (slower)* riders ridding lower pressure use inserts and the heavier (faster) riders running more pressure do not. *still faster than the average mountain biker.

Top XC Racers Criticize Last-Minute UCI Rule Change Around Elite Start Order at Worlds [Updated]
I get the racers writing a letter, but the comments here are acting like MVP is some celebrity rider who bought his way into this competition. MVP is not mid pack fodder, he is one of the most exciting riders in the world at the moment. Of course the UCI wants him in the mix.

Review: My First Year with the 5-Bike 1Up Recon Rack
I have an older Rav4 that I tow a sled (snowmobile) trailer with. the car is rated to tow 1600pounds and handles the trailer and sled just fine. I also have a 4 bike north shore rack. the few times I have had 4 bikes on the rack, and 4 people in the car, I want air bags for the rear suspension. all that weight way behind the rear axle is an issue for smaller vehicles.

Letter from the Editor: Pinkbike’s Next Chapter with Outside
@canadaka: We spend time and money on trailforks for the end user. It is a good platform but the fact that you took a user/club generated data base and started to charge a user fee for it with out any reasonable consultation with the clubs who have been populating the database is a red flag. This deal does not make me feel any better about it. If organizations are going to continue to put effort into trailforks , the end user should not be paying trailforks with out some option for the trail organization to either spit the user fees or have a way bigger incentive for trail users to donate to clubs. currently we make about $30 a year though trailforks donations. There were suggestions for having regions open to users via a local tourism boss fee. this was brushed off as too hard to implement. If you want to continue to have clubs spent time and money on the platform these concerns have to be addressed.
