Banshee Spitfire 27.5" (Large) LIKE NEW

$1500 USD
2016 Banshee Spitfire 27.5 (Large) I'm selling a practically NEW Banshee Spitfire (ridden 3-4 times). I have no need for a 3rd aggressive trail bike, so this one has to go. This is an incredibly capable do-all trail bike. Can go on long climbs and also rip down the best of single track. There are plenty of Spitfire reviews that speak of how great these bikes ride. (Frame-only option available too) This bike was built from the frame up with a mix of used and new or like-new components. There are very very minor paint blemishes from chain slap and cable lock contact, but overall the bike is incredibly clean. Frame: size Large, color gunmetal w/ red, 140mm travel KS-Link suspension, modular dropout system which uses a 3-position adjustable geometry "flip-chips” to alter the head angle in half degree increments, and also change the BB height in 1/4" increments. 7005 T6 aluminum Fork: SR Suntour Auron RC2, 160mm (27.5"), 34mm Shock: Rock Shox Vivid R2C Coil, Counter-Measure, 500 X 2.25 spring Headset: Cane Creek Forty Shifter: Shimano Zee, 10spd Front Derailleur: None Rear Derailleur: Shimano SLX 10-spd Shadow Crankset: Shimano Deore 175mm, 36-tooth ChainGuide: Gamut P30 w/ RaceFace bash Pedals: None (pictured with old spares) Chain: SRAM PC1051 Cassette: Shimano 11-36, 10-spd Brakes: Shimano Deore, 180mm rotors front & rear Wheel-Set: Easton Haven 27.5" Tires: Kenda Honey Badger 27.5" x 2.4" (front), Geax Goma 27.5" X 2.4" (rear) Handlebars: Giant Contact 750mm, 31.8mm Stem: Truvativ Hussefelt 40mm reach, 31.8mm Grips: Ergon GE1 Seat post: Niner Saddle: Chromag Moon (titanium rails) *Local pickup preferred, but will ship if buyer pays shipping.

FINISHED: Yeti Cycles - Ask Us Anything
First of all, I appreciate the time you guys have taken to answer all of our questions. I am a huge fan of the company and it's riders. My question is has Yeti implemented new process controls to address some of the frame failures that have occurred with the SB66c in the manufacturing of the SB5c? I want so badly to buy a carbon SB66 because the bike rides sooo well, but cannot bring myself to do it since I have seen quite a few SB66c with cracked chain stays. The intent of my question is to receive and renew my confidence in the durability of the carbon frames.
