Strava CEO & Co-Founder Michael Horvath Resigns (Again)
There were "modules", you could pay for just what's interesting to you, priced around 15eur/y per module. They ditched that a couple years ago, and since then I haven't paid a cent to Strava.

Poll: Do You Have Any MTB Superstitions on Friday the 13th?
This is my lift ticket from yesterday https://www.pinkbike.com/photo/22575934/ I'm not sure there is a superstition to cancel THAT

2021 Pinkbike Awards: Innovation Of The Year Winner
@Mac1987: That's exactly the reason I don't buy SRAM, the value is just not there if you're riding often. SLX is a direct competitor to GX, and the RD-M7100 costs €65. The new Deore RD-M5100 (€50) is functionally the same as every derailleur higher in the line, just little bit heavier. Buy that and SL-M8100 shifter for the 2 gear up-shift, and probably some pulleys from RD-M8100 - and you're golden. It will even shift your 12S SRAM cassette with no problems.

Field Test: Raaw Jibb - Smooth, Silent, & Sturdy
@AyJayDoubleyou: The brake mount is a separate part, and they recently made a 220mm one available for the Madonna. No 200mm though, so I had to mill mine down :) Worked perfectly.

Field Test: Raaw Jibb - Smooth, Silent, & Sturdy
@skulichkov: Madonna has been in stock in all sizes for 5-6 weeks since 20ish September at bike-components - that's when I got mine. Last week there were some L-sized frames available but now they're gone again. It may be worth to check the site from time to time, it seems they somehow pop up in stock occasionally. Or, maybe shoot an email to hello@raawmtb.com, they've been very nice and responsive to all my inquiries. Also, you can sign up for the availability newsletter here https://raawmtb.com/pages/availability-overview

10 Products I Loved in 2021: Mike Kazimer
We don't have EGO tools here, and I was using Makita 18V system since long time ago. For trail work bought a MUC256 chainsaw with 25cm/10" bar. Fits nicely in a surplus tactical backpack along with 3 batteries. I've cut trees that are much bigger than the bar length, but the batteries go very fast in that case.

First Look: 2022 Canyon Torque - Options For Almost Everyone
@bigun6767: Seems like there is a trend with the German companies. I had a rocker failure because of an obvious design issue, and Radon/Bike-discount told me that this is no warranty case. No explanation, nothing. https://www.pinkbike.com/u/Kaspitch/album/RADON-Jab-rocker-fail/

First Ride: Newmen's Advanced SL A.30 Carbon Fiber Wheelset
@Korbi777: My Evolution broke in the first 100 km (ratchet teeth slipped and got destroyed), and after 6 months of use the slits in hub body were noticeably worn out and caused the ratchet to seize. In their design a steel ratchet moves in an aluminum hub body, while DTswiss have steel against steel there. That being said, Newmen are EXCEPTIONAL to deal with, in both cases the issues were sorted out in the same day I reported the problem and I got replacements in the same week. WOW. The new Fade hub looks _extremely_ beefy in the freehub area, and the main bearings are nice and big 6903.
