at those proportions I feel like your question on shorts would be similar "any recommendation for longer inseams shorts, all the smalls fit me like daisy dukes"
you might be able to try and contact one of the smaller mtb clothing companies. They could probably custom make you something. It wont be as cheap as a cookie cutter but the fit would be great and the warranty would be just as good.

Good Month / Bad Month - February 2022
The PD is the wrong tree to bark up. Advocates need to work with the city council. We have this issue in San Diego and, I would say, trail access has improved in most areas where advocacy groups have shown a resounding voice. Private land is private land and nothing is going to be done there but on city land and in city recreation areas if the need is there and the voice is heard change may happen. Its a slow process and its definitely a give and take. You arent going to get everything. Sometimes you do just have to ride your bike though and take the consequences... its your choice.
