Vitus Launches New Kids' Mythique Full Suspension Bike
@Rusty-Russ also check out the Canyon Neuron Young Hero - not really any components on that which I'd consider changing and the manitou suspension is some of the best in the business for kids. Only issue is the 390mm seat tube may prohibit dropper use for the smallest of riders.

Hunt Announces 1254g XC Wheelset with Carbon Spokes
My Trail Wide V2s hairline cracked at every drive side spoke hole on the rear wheel after about a year of use. Hunt sent a replacement rim under warranty and paid for the LBS to re-lace the wheel. Can't complain about that service. My XC Wide wheels have had no problems.

Patrol Mountain Releases New Full Suspension Kids Bikes
@BobbyBlueEyes: there are a few. Trailcraft, and VPace to name a couple if you have the cash... And agreed WTF is with those MT200 levers. Stock Deore 6100 are great for small hands, so it's not exactly hard to find something entry level to suit.

@plyawn: Nov-March is wet season, tropical cyclones, monsoons, etc. And when it's not wet it's stinking hot and humid. This is probably about as early in the year they'd risk putting it.
