Final Results: French Cup DH - Alpe d'Huez
I saw him in Laax about 2 months ago outside the Trek store with Yolanda Neff, so don’t think he’s been back for a while.

Lenzerheide World Cup DH and XC Cancelled
@korev: True, although last week made up my mind. I was in Laax/Flims (Runca/Never End trail) last Tuesday, as I thought there would be no one on the trails and I could take advantage of the time before the next wave... It was pretty crowded :( Loads of people on the trails, loads in the restaurants, in the supermarket, hanging around the lift stations... at no point did I see any masks, hand gel or social distancing. When I got back to Zurich HB, I was pretty shocked at the sheer number of people without masks, all sitting outside the restaurants, doing their shopping with not a care in the world. Geneva was much much more careful, with loads more measures in place. I live near a decent trail system near ZRH, and the trails are just packed every day. Although, a highlight of the Laax day was seeing Luca Shaw and Yolanda Neff sitting outside the Trek store at the bottom of the lifts! I didn't approach them as #1 they are probably hassled by strangers all the time anyway (they already had a few people around them), and #2 social distancing. But it was cool to see them! I do fear the worst atm with the numbers going up... A WC DH had the potential to make things much worse.

Lenzerheide World Cup DH and XC Cancelled
We've seen +three figure new infection rates for the last 3 days, 500 people in quarantine due to the nightclub tracing mess... now enforced masks on public transport from Monday. It really looks like a second wave is coming, I am happy this is called off.

YT Capra 27.5 AL, size large (I'm 175cm tall at this is perfect for me). Black/Teal. Bought in June 2018 from YT, delivered July 2018. (receipt available). Strava shows less than 100km total mileage. Original Spec as per: https://www.yt-industries.com/en/detail/index/sArticle/1944 Upgrades: - Lyric fork rebuilt with the Rockshox Debonair Damper upgrade kit, which transformed the fork (By Biroma bikes in ZRH) - Wheels rebuilt with DT Swiss EX511 (30mm width) rims by Biroma Bikes again (not due to damage, just as I liked the EX511's) - Maxxis DHF WT 2.5 and Maxxis DHRII WT 2.4 fitted. Pretty much like new. (See below for condition) - Deathgrip Large/Soft grips Condition: Genuinely excellent. One or 2 small paint chips here or there, but nothing at all noticeable. Mechanically perfect. I bought the bike in June 2018 and had 3 bike park days (Flumserberg flow, no jumps). Sadly had to take 12 months off the bike due to a nasty shoulder injury in the July of 2018 (not related to this bike!). The Capra was ridden for 2 or 3 days very lightly in Flumserberg in 2019, and had only been used once so far in 2020. I can't really use the bike to it's full potential due to ongoing shoulder issues after my fall, and it's really sad to see it gathering dust in my basement as it's a really fabulous bike. New price was 2500 Euro. Upgrades were ~600CHF Asking 2200CHF or a reasonable offer. (Note: Renthal bar and DMR pedals not included, I'll put on the unused original bar for sale, and some other pedals).

Maxxis Introduce Wide Trail Options for Aspen and Rekon Race Tires - Pond Beaver 2020
I have been running Rekon Race for a year - super impressed, they are my trail tire of choice at this point. Only downside is in my experience they can be fragile - I have had 2 punctures, the first in years (sealed tubeless). They also have consistenly leaked through the sidewall - one was replaced under warranty as it was so bad. Still run them though :)
