@suspended-flesh: No I’m a real life brick and mortar shop for 9+ years, I however do not carry any new bikes. I sell used bikes and parts in addition to new parts. I do almost any service from complete suspension service, wheel building, carbon repair to patching inner tubes. You are 100% right that I make more $ with an employee on hand!….

@k2theg: In my shop they usually are unfortunately. I will admit that I operate a non typical store but I usually switch to “what would you like to buy today/how much do you want to spend” if I have pressing repairs.
