Alyssa Secreto Hit By Car During Tour Divide, Sustains Severe Injuries
As much as we Brits grumble about our NHS we should be deeply grateful for it, is it flawed? yes, but the alternative doesn't bear thinking about,every time I have needed it they have been brilliant. I don't ride on the road anymore,apart from being as boring AF, too many arseholes,at least when I spanner myself offroad it's my fault alone.Thank god for MTbs!
I hope Alyssa recovers fully,and the wanker that hit her gets his just desserts

Why I’m Not Panicking About 1,500W E-Bikes (Yet)
The new GX flat top chain for T type drive trains is really hard wearing,I have an Amflow, First chain did 700miles,changed it at 0.50% on my park tool and the second chain has done about the same and is due a change,this includes riding in the wettest winter in years. I ride mainly in auto or trail , seldom use boost,and never use super boost,
Smoove wax lube helps i'm sure. the new chain is loads better than the old GX and better than the XO also.
WHY anyone needs more power is beyond me

Not sure what this proves,apart from the obvious.I have an Amflow, my third E-bike and the best yet, I have adjusted the eco up a bit so I will actually use it,when it gets low,never use super boost, and only use boost on the steepest stuff,using auto or trail most of the time, I have done 5000ft and 30miles back in the summer,now its colder I usually get around 4000ft and 25ish miles,plenty for a 69 year old,probably would not be still riding if not forfor e-bikes
