The first video in a new series highlighting unique individuals in the mountain bike community. The Transition Characters series is about story telling, whether it's a sponsored rider, trail builder, employee, or community member, the aim is to highlight the influence this person has on the mountain bike community we know and love. The subtitle, "Tales from the Trails" was inspired by doing the interviews out on the trail in the woods, where people are most in their element. We hope you enjoy this piece about Angi, and the videos to come.
Angi Weston is a professional mountain bike skills coach, an all-around great human, and loves to party in the woods. Sit back and enjoy getting to know her, and hearing her journey through the mountain bike industry as she made her way full circle and landed right where she wanted to be.

Inspirational video Angi! And biased to TR as a proud scout owner!
The Scout is such a fun bike! I am building up my Patrol now... Can hardly wait!
Her bar width is forcing her into the wrong position on the bike.
I do race though.
Yes I race, not that much these days, just first round last year (2nd with scarlet fever which was not pleasant) and Scottish champs (vets winner and probably only Steve Peat has gone faster down Fort Bill for an over 40 in a race, his 4:49 beats my 5:05) .

some results can be ignored, last years Fort Bill I didnt race, Crankworks 2012 I had a broken hand still (silly idea racing), 2009 Inners I was in cast from a recent break and needed the points for the series so they let me pretty much walk down the hill, last word masters.. I had a great crash on my 224 which I did not get on with at all.
