Always looks amazing the crowd storming the finish at Les Gets.....it's become bit of an iconic moment but seeing people and getting crushed, screaming with fear....that's something the rest of the media has failed to show. It's a bit f*cked up and something needs to be done.
On a positive note ......what a sick race and amazing to see two first elite wins!

At What Point Does Mountain Biking Go From Inspiring to Unrelatable?
I think it depends on your mindset and what you want from riding.
Like I remember back in the 00's you had drop in TV and what some of the street and dirt pros were doing weren't hugely above my abilities so it was an inspiration and I could get some of those things dialled.
These days I'm loving the ebike for techy duro and getting as much riding in as I can with the limited time I have free as an adult.
Bottom line.....just ride and have fun, don't give a fuck what pros are doing in comparison. Just enjoy their videos, races and comps for entertainment and admiration for their skill 👌
