Richie's grips seems an ODI Elite with Ergon plugs. I also notice this setup on Troy Brosnan's bike on Les Gets WC.
Also, before anyone says it's a GFR1, try to look at the clamps. The clamps are thinner and the bolts come in silver, unlike GFR1 that use black bolts.
